Returns Policy

At VAPEAU, we strive to provide the best customer experience. If you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it, VAPEAU will support you in returning the product according to the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Returns

Additionally, all products must simultaneously meet the following conditions:

  • The product to be returned must be new, unused, and show no signs of wear and tear from the user.
  • The product must remain in its original condition, without scratches, no decorative decals, with VAPEAU’s warranty seal.
  • The product packaging must remain intact, not deformed, torn, written on, taped, and must match the product specifications.
  • Personal and order information must match the information in VAPEAU’s system.
  • The product must not have been exposed to external forces or factors such as temperature, water damage, etc.

VAPEAU will refuse to return products if the purchased product violates any of the conditions based on our assessment and decision.

Return Requirement

  • Your product must meet all the return conditions.
  • The return period is within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • The value of the returned product must be equal to or higher than the value of the original product.

How to Return Products

  • We will inspect the product and notify you as soon as possible.

Note

  • Please ensure you have checked the product against the return conditions before sending it to optimize your rights during the process. Please take a photo of the product before sending it along with the tracking number.
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs incurred during the return process.

Refunds Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-6 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Non-Refundable Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
